1. (a) There is:

   1. (1) a Class C per diem beer license;
   2. (2) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; and
   3. (3) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.

2. (b) The Board may:

   1. (1) issue a license to a:

      1. (i) religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', or charitable organization, association, club, or society; or
      2. (ii) hospital supporting organization; and
   2. (2) impose conditions on the license.

3. (c) The period for which a license under this section may be issued is:

   1. (1) for a Class C per diem beer license, not longer than 10 days;
   2. (2) for a Class C per diem beer and wine license, 1 day; and
   3. (3) for a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license, 1 day.
4. (d) A license holder may purchase the alcoholic beverages to be sold under the license from a retail dealer.
5. (e) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature.
