Md. Code Ann., Alc. Bev. & Cannabis § 27-2614

Distribution of fines

Effective Jul 1, 2016Added by Acts 2016, c. 41, § 2, eff. July 1, 2016.State of Maryland

(1) one-half of each fine to the clerk of the court for use as provided in § 7-507 of the Courts Article; and
(2) the other half to the county.

Fines imposed in the county shall be paid as follows:
