Md. Code Ann., Alc. Bev. & Cannabis § 27-2003 – Beer and wine licenses

(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:
1. (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and
2. (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
(b) A holder of a Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:
1. (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and
2. (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
(c) Reserved.
(d) A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:
1. (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and
2. (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
