1. (a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 9 (“Judicial Review”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:

   1. (1) § 4-902 (“Judicial review of decision of local licensing board”);
   2. (2) § 4-904 (“Stay of local board's petition”);
   3. (3) § 4-905 (“Scope of judicial review”);
   4. (4) § 4-906 (“Representation of local licensing board”); and
   5. (5) § 4-908 (“Appeals to Appellate Court of Maryland and Supreme Court of Maryland”).

2. (b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 9 (“Judicial Review”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:

   1. (1) § 4-903 (“Petitioners”), subject to § 26-2402 of this subtitle; and
   2. (2) § 4-907 (“Affirmations, modifications, and reversals”), subject to § 26-2405 of this subtitle.
