1. (a) There is a Class B-RD (revitalization district) license.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Board may issue the license to an applicant that:

      1. (i) is located and remains in:

         1. 1. a designated Maryland main street with a local management authority;
         2. 2. a designated revitalization area; or
         3. 3. an area with a revitalization plan that has been adopted locally;

      2. (ii) has gross sales:

         1. 1. that do not exceed $150,000 per year; and
         2. 2. of which at least 80% are derived from the sale of food; and
      3. (iii) is primarily a restaurant at which customers are seated to eat.
   2. (2) The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor at retail for on-premises consumption in any premises licensed for Class B-RD sales.
3. (c) The hours and days for sale are as provided in § 26-2005(h) of this title.
4. (d) The Board shall determine the number of licenses to be issued.
5. (e) The annual license fee is $725.
