1. (a) In this section, “Commission” means the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
2. (b) There is a Class B-GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license for use on the licensed premises of a golf course in the county under the jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. (c)

   1. (1) The Board shall issue a license to each manager of a golf course of the Commission who applies and qualifies as a license holder.
   2. (2) A separate license is required for each golf course.
4. (d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor from one or more outlets for on-premises consumption on the golf course.

5. (e)

   1. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the hours and days of sale for beer, wine, and liquor are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, Monday through Sunday.

   2. (2) The Commission may:

      1. (i) reduce the hours of sale of beer, wine, and liquor; and
      2. (ii) discontinue the sale of beer, wine, and liquor from Labor Day through Memorial Day.
6. (f) The annual license fee is $500.
