Filing period for renewal application

(a) To renew a license, a license holder annually shall file an application with the Board between February 1 and March 31, inclusive.
(b) The Board may:
1. (1) accept late applications during April; and
2. (2) fine the license holder an amount not exceeding $50 for each day the application is late.
