1. (a) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:

   1. (1) a holder of a 6-day Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and
   2. (2) a holder of a 7-day Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
   2. (2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
   2. (2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.

4. (d) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:

   1. (1) a holder of a 6-day Class D beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and
   2. (2) a holder of a 7-day Class D beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
