1. (a) On receipt of an application for a transfer of a license, the Board shall:

   1. (1) schedule a public hearing; and
   2. (2) post a notice of the hearing on the premises described in the application.

2. (b) The notice required under subsection (a) of this section shall:

   1. (1) be posted by the inspector with the cooperation of the applicant; and
   2. (2) remain posted for at least 15 days before the hearing.
