1. (a) There is a hotel lobby license.
2. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel that does not have a restaurant.

3. (c)

   1. (1) A license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor from a store in the hotel lobby to patrons of the hotel for on-premises consumption.
   2. (2) Beer may be sold only in a can or bottle that does not exceed 12 ounces.
   3. (3) Wine may be sold only in a bottle that does not exceed 750 milliliters.
   4. (4) Liquor may be sold only in a bottle that does not exceed 50 milliliters.

4. (d) A license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor:

   1. (1) on Monday through Saturday, from noon to 10 p.m.; and
   2. (2) on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

5. (e) A license holder may not sell beer, wine, and liquor:

   1. (1) through a vending machine; or
   2. (2) by stocking beer, wine, and liquor in a guest room for purchase.
6. (f) The annual license fee is $1,250.
