- (a) There is a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to the owner or operator of a golf course that:
- (1) is open to the public;
- (2) is operated for profit; and
- (3) has a minimum of 18 holes.
(c)
- (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for consumption on the land and in the buildings, including the clubhouse, used for golfing purposes.
- (2) A patron need not be seated to be served.
- (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 22-2004 of this title.
- (e) The annual license fee is $3,500.
