1. (a) There is a Class A beer license.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail to consumers at the place described in the license.
   2. (2) The license holder shall sell the beer in a sealed package or container.
   3. (3) The package or container may not be opened and its contents may not be consumed on the premises where the beer was sold.

3. (c)

   1. (1) The annual license fees are:

      1. (i) $150 for a 6-day license; and
      2. (ii) $175 for a 7-day license.
   2. (2) The Board shall charge a one-time issuing fee for a new license in an amount equal to the annual license fee.
