Refillable container permit for wine

(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for wine to a holder of a license that entitles the holder to sell wine for off-premises consumption.
(b)
1. (1) The annual permit fee is $75.
2. (2) The Board shall charge a one-time issuing fee for a new permit in an amount equal to the annual permit fee.
