1. (a) There is a Class B-CI (country inn) beer, wine, and liquor license.

2. (b) The Board may issue the license for an establishment that:

   1. (1) provides services ordinarily found in a country inn;
   2. (2) contains at least eight rooms with sleeping accommodations, excluding resident management quarters, that the public for consideration may use for a specified time; and
   3. (3) has a kitchen facility for guests that is separate from the kitchen facility of the resident management quarters.
3. (c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor when accommodating the public for banquets, parties, meetings, and similar functions.
4. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 20-2005 of this title.

5. (e) If an establishment ends operations as a country inn:

   1. (1) the license is void; and
   2. (2) the license holder shall return the license to the Board.
6. (f) The annual license fee is $2,500.
