1. (a) There is a Class D per diem beer license.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Board may issue the license for a religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', charitable, or hospital supporting organization.
   2. (2) Subject to any conditions the Board may impose, the license may be issued for a period not exceeding 10 consecutive days.
3. (c) The license fee is $45.
