1. (a) There is a wine tasting (Class T) license.
2. (b) The license authorizes the holder to hold wine tasting parties and demonstrations.

3. (c) The license shall be:

   1. (1) issued on a form that the Board requires; and
   2. (2) signed and sworn to by the applicant.

4. (d)

   1. (1) The license issued may be issued to a person not more than four times in a calendar year.
   2. (2) The total number of days that the license is in effect may not exceed four in a calendar year.
5. (e) The license fee is $25 per day.
