1. (a) There is a Class BC beer, wine, and liquor license.

2. (b) The Board may issue a Class BC license to an applicant that has:

   1. (1) a hotel or restaurant that meets the licensing requirements in § 16-902(c) of this subtitle; or
   2. (2) a Class B hotel or restaurant (on- and off-sale) beer, wine, and liquor license, if the applicant surrenders the Class B license to the Board before being issued the Class BC license.

3. (c)

   1. (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell:

      1. (i) beer, wine, and liquor 7 days a week at a restaurant or hotel for on-premises consumption;
      2. (ii) beer 7 days a week at a restaurant or hotel for off-premises consumption; and
      3. (iii) beer, wine, and liquor 7 days a week at a catered event held off the restaurant or hotel premises for consumption on the premises of the event.
   2. (2) Either the license holder or the event sponsor shall provide food for consumption at the catered event.
4. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and on the days as set out for a Class B license under § 16-2005 of this title.
5. (e) The annual license fee is $250 greater than the fee for a Class B hotel or restaurant (on- and off-sale) beer, wine, and liquor license.
