1. (a) There is a Class A beer and wine license.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine, at retail, at the place described in the license.
   2. (2) The license holder shall sell the beer and wine in a sealed package or container.
   3. (3) The package or container may not be opened and its contents may not be consumed on the premises where the beer or wine is sold.

3. (c) The annual license fee is:

   1. (1) from July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2017, $340; and
   2. (2) beginning on July 1, 2017, $500.
