1. (a) There is a Class D beer license.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail:

      1. (i) at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption; and
      2. (ii) at the discretion of the board, for off-premises consumption.
   2. (2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.
3. (c) The annual license fee is $250.
