1. (a) There is a beer tasting (BT) license.
2. (b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW) license or a beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.

3. (c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of beer for tasting if:

   1. (1) the license holder is authorized to sell the beer; and
   2. (2) the consumer is not charged for the beer.

4. (d) The Board shall regulate:

   1. (1) the quantity of beer served to each individual;
   2. (2) the number of bottles or other containers of beer from which this quantity is served; and
   3. (3) the size of the bottles or other containers.
5. (e) In addition to the cost of a BW license or BWL license, the annual license fee is $100.
