1. (a) There is:

   1. (1) a 6-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license; and
   2. (2) a 7-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license.
2. (b) Each license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption.
3. (c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore.

4. (d) The annual license fee is:

   1. (1) $1,250 for a 6-day license; and
   2. (2) $1,600 for a 7-day license.
