Class C beer and light wine license

- (a) There is a Class C beer and light wine license.
- (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.
- (c) The annual license fee is $128.
