1. (a) There is a Class C (country and golf club) license.
2. (b) An application for the license shall be signed by at least one officer of the country and golf club who is a resident, registered voter, and taxpayer of the county.

3. (c) The Board may issue the license for use by a country and golf club that:

   1. (1) has at least 200 members paying dues of at least $75 per year per member; and

   2. (2) at the time of the application for the license, maintains:

      1. (i) at least two tennis courts;
      2. (ii) a swimming pool that is at least 30 feet by 80 feet; and
      3. (iii) a regular or championship golf course of at least nine holes.
4. (d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption.

5. (e)

   1. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days of sale as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 11-2004 of this title.
   2. (2) The license may be used to sell beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday.
6. (f) The annual license fee is $1,800.
