(a) In this section, “commercial bingo”:
- (1) means any bingo game authorized by law in the county for which any type of consideration is paid or collected in order to play the game; and
- (2) does not include bingo conducted by charitable or nonprofit organizations in accordance with Title 13, Subtitle 4 of the Criminal Law Article.
- (b) There is a commercial bingo license.
- (c) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a licensed commercial bingo establishment.
- (d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor from any location in the commercial bingo establishment for on-premises consumption anywhere in the establishment.
- (e) Beer, wine, and liquor purchased under the license may be carried and consumed anywhere in the commercial bingo establishment.
(f)
- (1) The license holder may sell alcoholic beverages Monday through Sunday during normal business hours, but not later than 2 a.m.
- (2) The license holder need not obtain a Sunday license under § 11-2004 of this title to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
- (g) The annual license fee is $2,500.
