1. (a) A charging document may charge an unlawful sale or disposition of an alcoholic beverage without stating the particular kind of alcoholic beverage.
2. (b) On application by the defendant before trial, the State's Attorney shall give to the defendant a statement of the particular kind of alcoholic beverage.
