No license or permit required for certain planes or ships

- (1) alcoholic beverages are purchased from a manufacturer or wholesaler; and
- (2) satisfactory evidence is submitted in writing to the Executive Director that the alcoholic beverages are for sale or use beyond the continental limits and possessions of the United States.
A license or permit is not required for a transport plane furnished with a cocktail lounge or a water vessel carrying passengers or cargo to a foreign port if:
