1. (a) There is a Class 1 beer, wine, and liquor wholesaler's license.

2. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to:

   1. (1) acquire beer, wine, and liquor from:

      1. (i) a license holder that is authorized to sell and deliver the beer, wine, and liquor to a wholesaler; and
      2. (ii) a holder of a nonresident dealer's permit or a resident dealer's permit that is authorized to sell and deliver beer, wine, and liquor; and

   2. (2) sell and deliver beer, wine, and liquor from the licensed premises to:

      1. (i) a license holder or permit holder in the State; and
      2. (ii) an authorized person outside the State.
3. (c) The annual license fee is $2,000.

4. (d) The license holder may use an additional location for the warehousing, sale, and delivery of beer, wine, and liquor:

   1. (1) if approved by the Executive Director following submission of a separate application for each location; and
   2. (2) on the payment of a $2,000 fee for each additional location.
