1. (a)

   1. (1) Until the Secretary adopts regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet at least quarterly.
   2. (2) After the Secretary has adopted regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet as needed.

2. (b) A member of the Committee:

   1. (1) May not receive compensation as a member of the Committee; but
   2. (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
3. (c) The Department shall provide staff for the Committee.
