Md. Code Ann., Agric. § 4-311.5 – Egg Law Fund

(a)
1. (1) There is an “Egg Law Fund”.
2. (2) All fees collected under the provisions of this subtitle shall be credited to the Fund.
(b) The Fund shall be used to partially defray the expenses of administering this subtitle.
