- (a) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
(b) A member of the Board:
- (1) May not receive compensation; but
- (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
- (c) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
