1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Closed package” means any bag, box, barrel, basket, carton, cellpack, hamper, or traypack, or any other container covered with burlap, tarlatan, slat, or any other cover or closure, constructed so that the contents of the package cannot be seen nor inspected when the package is closed.
