Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 159, § 10
Enforcement of chapter by department of telecommunications and cable and department of public utilities
The department of telecommunications and cable shall enforce this chapter to the extent that it relates to telecommunications. The department of public utilities shall enforce all other provisions.
