Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 139, § 15
Penalty for keeping or maintaining place used for illegal gaming or the illegal keeping or sale of alcoholic beverages
Whoever keeps or maintains such common nuisance shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars and by imprisonment for not less than three months nor more than one year.
