(1) A lease, although subject to this Article, is also subject to any applicable:

1. (a) certificate of title statute of the commonwealth such as chapter ninety B and chapter ninety D;
2. (b) certificate of title statute of another jurisdiction (Section 2A–105); or
3. (c) consumer protection statute of the commonwealth, or final consumer protection decision of a court of the commonwealth existing on the effective date of this Article.
