The following procedures are to govern the safekeeping and record keeping of the activities performed in behalf of the Lottery relative to the depositing of ticket revenues and distribution of Lottery tickets.

1. (1) Sales Agents shall deposit in their authorized bank monies received from Lottery ticket sales.
2. (2) The bank shall maintain proper and usual records of deposit and make available such records at reasonable times to the Director.
