- (1) Scope and Purpose. 958 CMR 2.00 governs payments to the Health Policy Commission from certain Acute Hospitals and Surcharge Payors.
- (2) Authority. 958 CMR 2.00 is adopted pursuant to St. 2012, c. 224, § 241 and M.G.L. c. 6D.
