The following methods are available for obtaining copies of corporate documents and data from the corporation information management systems.

1. (1) Individually Identified Documents. Copies of individually identified corporate documents are available in the following forms:

   1. (a) Paper
   2. (b) PDF files
2. (2) Bulk Copies of Documents. Bulk copies of corporate documents, filed on or after August 27, 2001 are available in a PDF format on CD ROM.

3. (3) Data from the Information Management System. A list of available data elements from the Corporations Information Management System and the file layout of the data elements are available from the filing office upon request. Data from the Information Management System is available as follows:

   1. (a) Full extract – a bulk data extract of information from the Corporations Information Management System is available on a monthly basis in weekly increments. The cost is $4800 per year or $100 per week. Images are available on a monthly basis for an additional $1200 per year or $150 per month.

   2. (b) The Corporations Information Management System is available on the Internet at the Division’s website.
