The penalties for a violation of 946 CMR 5.07 for each day of violation shall be $15.00, except the penalty for a violation of 496 CMR 5.07(1)(d) shall be $50.00 for each day of violation, and for a violation of 496 CMR 5.07(1)(g) the penalty shall be $100.00 for each day of violation.
