The principal office of the Fund shallbe at 75 Federal Street, 10th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, or at such other place in the Commonwealth as the Board may determine. MassDevelopment may establish and maintain an additional office or offices at such place or places, either within or without the Commonwealth, as the MassDevelopment may determine.
