The Inspector General may seek amendment or repealof 945 CMR 1.00 or any section thereof in accordance with the procedures of M.G.L. c. 30A or M.G.L. c. 12A, § 6. Recommendations of the Inspector General as to amendment, repeal, or other change in these Rules shall be included in the annual report filed by the Inspector General.
