940 CMR 10.00 shall not apply to any disputes or transactions between a cooperative and its shareholders. However, any unfair act or practice, regardless of its relation to 940 CMR 10.00, is a violation ofMG.L. c. 93A.

JO 13 · Seyerability

If any provision of940 CMR 10.00 or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the validity of the remainder of 940 CMR 10.00 and the applicability of such provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
