If any provision of 801 CMR 21.00 is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then Departments, Bidders and Contractors shall be relieved of all obligations under thatprovisiononly, and all other provisions of 801 CMR 21.00 shall remain in full force and effect.
