A Procuring Department may gather information to assist in the development of a potential Procurement by inviting other Departments, potential Bidders or other interested parties to provide technicaland business advice concerning industry standards, practice, generalcost or price structures or other information which is relevant to the type of Commodities or Services, or both, that a Procuring Department seeks to procure.
