Definitions of certain terms used in this Guide are set forth in 761 CMR 19.02 of the Statement of Terms and Conditions of the Commitment Application. Wherever in this Guide the Servicer is directed to deliver anynotice, document or other communication to MHMFA, Servicer shall also deliver a copy thereof to Seller.
