1. (1) For violations of 740 CMR 3.02:

   1. (a) First offense - warning or fine not to exceed $50.00.
   2. (b) Second offense within 12 months of the first offense - fine not less than $50.00 and not more than $150.00.
   3. (c) Third or any subsequent offense within 12 months of the first offense - fine not less than $150.00 and not more than $250.00.

   1. (b) The fines established in 740 CMR 3.99(2)(a) shall be due and payable as prescribed by M.G.L. c. 90, § 20A, including the provisions therein for late payment and failure to pay such fines. Payment of parking violation fines and penalties as well as parking violation appeals will be made to the Massport Parking Violations Clerk. Unpaid parking violations will be reported to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles by the Parking Violations Clerk.

   2. (c) Non-Parking Violations:

      1. 1. First offense – warning or fine not to exceed $25.00.
      2. 2. Second offense within 12 months of first offense – fine not less than $25.00 and not more than $50.00.
      3. 3. Third offense within 12 months of first offense – fine not less than $50.00 and not more than $100.00.
      4. 4. Fourth or any subsequent offense within 12 months of first offense – fine not less than $100.00 and not more than $250.00.
