All Persons shall comply with all federal transportation security regulations, standards, directives, orders, and other published guidance, including but not limited to 49 CFR Part 1540 and 49 CFR 1542, and TSA security directives (collectively, “TSR”) and any provision of the Authority’s TSA­ approved Airport Security Program of which they have been made aware. Only a violation of a TSR, as determined by TSA or a court of competent jurisdiction, shallconstitute a violation of a TSR under 740 CMR 30.03.
