(2) Equipment. An operator performing flight crew transportation shall maintain the following equipment:

1. (a) One vehicle capable of transporting the crew of any aircraft serviced by the operator to the flight planning/lounge areas; and
2. (b) One supervisory vehicle equipped with company frequency and ground control two way radio capability.
