- (1) Annually, not later than March 1st, each Enforcing Authority that adopts M.G.L. c. 90K shall publish and submit a report to the clerks of the house of representatives and senate, the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on transportation.
- (2) The report shall include, but not be limited to, data on the number and location of fines issued for Camera Enforceable Violations for the previous calendar year. Such report shall also include consideration of the social and racial equity impacts of the implementation of M.G.L.
- c. 90K over the preceding year.
