- (1) Application and Fee Submission Dates. MassDOT will begin accepting aggregate license applications and fees, each year between November 1st and December 31st.
- (2) License Issue Dates. MassDOT will begin issuing aggregate licenses effective January 1st through October 31st each year.
- (3) License Effective Dates. Aggregate licenses will be in effect from April 1st of the year of issuance to March 31st of the following year.
