- (1) General. 700 CMR 11.00 contain the terms and conditions under which persons and operators of motor vehicles shall be permitted upon the Tobin Memorial Bridge.
- (2) Applicability. 700 CMR 11.00 shall apply to all Operators of Motor Vehicles and Persons who use the Tobin Memorial Bridge.
